Preschool principal
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and management of employees, including recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating all employees, motivating, and providing a positive work environment
- Develop strong partnerships with current and prospective students parents/ guardians in supporting student development and learning
- Prepare, administer, and oversee the overall budget of the branch
- Act as the administrative head of the school to ensure timely dissemination of information to all concerned people/ channels and ensure the smooth running of the school
- Organize Special Community Events, Excursions, Plan and Implement Parent Collaboration Projects, Year End Concert/Graduation Concerts
- Overseeing facilities by supervising the maintenance and hygiene of all facilities and equipment, identifying and planning for future facilities needs
- Conduct lesson observation, assessment, and analysis to identify new development needs of teachers and recommend training needs/methods
- Any other task or project as assigned by the Management from time
to time
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of teaching experience in a nursery or preschool with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Possess minimum Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education/ Special Needs/ Psychology
- Excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
