Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop knowledge of Kizsports philosophy & adhere to its principles


  • Develop knowledge of Kizsports services, programs & events offered in order to provide accurate & timely information to customers


  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures prepared by the HQ or Management of Kizsports


  • Greet, check-in, assist and serve all customers as they enter & leave the facilities


  • Always be enthusiastic & friendly with customers, staff and any related 3rd party to Kizsports


  • Assist with registration for birthday party, events, classes & etc


  • Answer telephone efficiently & manage calls in an appropriate manner


  • Keep front desk supplies & information (flyer, brochure, etc) in stock at all times


  • Regular check the first aid kit for sufficient medical supplies


  • Assist with ensuring the cleanliness of the facility


  • Collect money & process payments efficiently & accurately using the established procedures


  • Follow ‘Check-in’ and ‘Check-out’ procedure thoroughly to ensure safety & security of customers


  • Assist in Playland with ensuring customers (adults & children) adhere to rules & regulations, e.g, everyone wear socks to enter the Playland, children must play at age appropriate area, children must be accompanied by adults at all times, no food & drinks are allowed in the Playland


  • To voice any concerns regarding the brand of Kizsports directly to the Director and/or even suggest way to improve in all aspects of the business

 

Requirements:


  • Possess minimum SPM


  • Able to work weekends & public holidays


  • Customer orientation



  • Able to speak English is advantage
