Responsibilities:

• Supervise the entire facility operations ensuring they are coordinated and strictly adhered to policies & SOP

• Provide training, direction, supervision and assign responsibilities to all staff as required

• Planning of staff weekly roster. Monitor staff’s promptness for their shift and address any tardiness issues immediately with the staff. Daily review and approves time cards for all staff

• Ensure accuracy in inventory records

• Frequently check all areas of the facility for cleanliness, safety and appropriate use. Correct as necessary. Complete the facility checklists as required. Ensure that the facility is always clean and in good repair

• Assign staff to be responsible for specific areas and monitor their performance on a regular basis. Continually monitor staff in the performance of their responsibilities and immediately address any problems or concern directly with the staff

• Provide back-up assistance to team members when needed

• Recruitment & selection of new employees

• Manage social media outreach

• Submit monthly management report

• Continually move around the facility to interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction/service and to monitor programs, parties and activities to ensure successful operations

Requirements:

• Excellent in public relations/ customer services especially interaction with the kids

• Able to work 6 days per week, work during weekends/ public holidays, and travel to the designated outlet.

• Converse well in Bahasa and English

• Proven experience and knowledge in retail management and outlet best practices.

• Accessible to travel within Klang valley

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, excellent oraganizing and leadership skills.

• Advantage with entertainment industries experiences

• Minimum academic qualification STPM/Diploma related to job or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in equivalent industries

• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that is above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis
